Focus will be on improving inverted postures, back bends,
jump through vinyasas, and the subtleties of bhandas and
breath.
This course has been designed for people who have:
- completed one of the beginner ashtanga courses, or
- been coming to classes regularly at least twice a week,
or
- reached a plateau in their own practice.
The objective is to move deeper into the practice.
Instructor Jim Harrington has done yoga for fifteen
years, studied in India, Thailand and gained his teaching
certificate in Sydney, Australia. He holds qualifications
in remedial and sports therapies and brings a deep anatomical
understanding to his teaching.
